LOCNET Spring Workshop 

Eval Lit! Making Evals Lightwork 



Leaders of color, join us for "Eval Lit! Making Evals Light Work" in Renton this spring! This half-day workshop is designed to empower leaders to most effectively use the AWSP Framework as a tool to support their leadership growth.

Please come prepared for a high level of engagement. You will need your laptop and copy of the AWSP Leadership Framework. We encourage you to complete a self assessment of the AWSP Framework to prepare for workshop attendance.

Objectives:

  • Collaborate together on collection of evidence by using the AWSP Framework and The School Leader Paradigm

  • Join forces with leaders of color to learn, grow, and expand their network 

  • Develop skills in order to lead an effective conversation/dialogue using the AWSP Framework

Activities:

  • Collect evidence for all AWSP Framework Criteria

  • Discuss the difference between proficient and distinguished leadership

  • Develop personal communication skills to assist in evaluation conversations with your supervisor

  • Explore tools to assist with coaching/evaluation conversations and how to use them with the leaders you supervise
