Facilitated by Greg Barker, AWSP Associate Director and representatives from WIAA and the State Auditor's Office.

About the Workshop

ASB is unique in that the law requires students, advisers and administrators to collaborate on the use of funds for extracurricular activities. Join us for this interactive workshop.
  • Learn ASB rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Understand differences between boosters and ASB groups.
  • Hear real-life examples of students in the ASB process.
  • Explore budget writing.
  • Look at the connection between activities, athletics, clubs and classes.
  • Test your knowledge at the end of the day in a mock audit.

This workshop is appropriate for principals, activity advisers, athletic directors, bookkeepers, booster club members, PTO officers, coaches and students.
